The Baltimore Blue Claws got a magnificent effort from pitcher Oscar Saucedo, who kept Coney Island hitters in check en route to a 3-1 Blue Claws win at Coney Island Coliseum. Shu-de Tian finished the game for Baltimore and earned his 19th save. The Blue Claws have an impressive 91-58 record.
Trailing 1-0, Baltimore had a change of fortune in the top of the sixth inning. That's when Justin Bishop sent a 2-2 splitter into the stands for a 3-run home run. The longball put the Blue Claws on top, 3-1.
"I had pretty good command out there," said Saucedo.
