Boise left fielder Mario Ozuna was instrumental in his team's 10-4 win over the St. Paul Saints. Ozuna went 2-4 with 1 run scored to lead the offensive attack for the Bloodhounds. The win was Dave Grassa's in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Danny Mendez took the loss for St. Paul. With the victory, the Bloodhounds record now stands at 38-99.

Boise center fielder Jorge Perez helped the Bloodhounds go up, 5-4, in the bottom of the sixth inning. With the game tied, Perez hit a run-scoring single off St. Paul pitcher Danny Mendez.
