Vikings Come Back Late to Top Princes

Victoria Vikings starter Raúl Lugo was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Bel Air Princes, 4-2. Andy Dasher, credited with the win, is now 4-2. He allowed no runs on no hits in 1.1 innings. At 84-50, the Vikings are currently first in the Lyman Bostock League Earl Weaver Division.
Runs were scarce in this one. So, Mike Brockett's at-bat in the top of the eighth was vitally important. With no one out, the Victoria center fielder hit a 3-run home run, to give his team a 4-2 lead.
Brockett attributed the win to "a well-rounded effort by the whole team."
