Brisbane Bush Wackers starter Camilo Pascual turned in a top-notch performance against the St. Paul Saints at Baylor Ballpark. The result was a win for the Bush Wackers, 4-2. Pascual, the winner, moves to 6-2. He threw 6.1 innings of 3-hit ball, while fanning 5 and giving up 1 walk. The Bush Wackers have now won 4 straight.
John Pinnock came through for Brisbane in the bottom of the fourth. With no one out, Pinnock victimized Fernando Criado with a 3-run home run. It was his 18th home run of the season and put Brisbane on top, 3-0.
"There were things that we could've improved upon," said Bush Wackers manager Pete Barrett, "but all in all, I'm satisfied with our performance."
