Emeralds third baseman Luke Riviere put his stamp on his team's 5-4 win over the Houston Sting. Riviere went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs for Eugene in the contest. The winner was Eugene reliever Jesús Ordóñez, now 2-0. The loser was Dani Sánchez. The 4th-place Sting have lost 4 straight games.
