In a low-scoring game between Tree City and Bel Air, pitcher Jun Zhou was excellent. The Tree City left-hander was named the player of the game in Tree City's 2-0 win. Reliever Esteban Ruíz picked up the win. His record improves to 11-1. Shayne Cluff took the loss. Tree City is now riding a 3-game win streak.
Tree City took a 1-0 lead on Brian Briggs's 2nd double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Briggs hit in the top of the tenth, left Bel Air pitcher Shayne Cluff shaking his head.
