Frosties Get Win, Extend Streak to 5
The first-place Barrow Frosties took on the Boise Bloodhounds at The Blizzard Bowl.

The Barrow Frosties beat the Boise Bloodhounds, 7-3, at The Blizzard Bowl. The win was largely due to the efforts of designated hitter Alex Guzman, who captured player of the game honors. He went 2-3 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Barrett Lamb got credit for the win, improving to 9-2. He allowed 1 run on 3 hits in 5.2 innings.

Guzman had an important at-bat with a runner on 1st in the bottom of the third, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Frosties went on to win.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Guzman said.

The Frosties, at 65-34, have now won 5 straight.
