Thrilling Walk-Off Win for Vikings
Starting pitcher Iemitsu Shiroi pitched well enough to help the Victoria Vikings beat the Boise Bloodhounds by the score of 6-4. The first-place Vikings, at 59-35, now lead their division by 5 games.

Victoria won the game in the bottom of the 13th inning. With one out and Jim Unknown on the mound for Boise, center fielder Emory Drewry hit a dramatic 2-run home run, bringing Vikings fans to their feet.

Drewry said this kind of win gives the team "a buzz."
