The Kingwood Knights topped the Bethesda Hornets by the score of 3-1, with the largest share of the credit going to center fielder Jen-ta Zhong. Zhong went 2 for 4 with a double, while adding 3 RBI for the Knights. Getting the save was Miguel Rodríguez, his 4th. The Knights saw their win-loss record go to 36-44. At the same time, the Hornets fell to 45-36.

Kingwood grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the fifth, when Zhong, who is rated as the 77th best prospect by BNN, hit a bases-clearing double. His 2nd double of the season put the Knights out in front, 3-0.

"There's still time to turn this season around," said Zhong.
