Tight Tilt Goes to Princes, 2-1
|
The Bel Air Princes got a magnificent performance from pitcher Ken Stein, who muffled the Houston offense en route to a tight 2-1 Princes win at Woodland Park. The last-place Princes improved to 20-36.
J.P. Turner had a productive trip to the plate with two out in the top of the third inning. With the bases loaded, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run, helping Bel Air to the win.
When asked about his performance after the game, Stein said: "Like everyone else, I'm just doing my job."
