Saints Suffer 9-5 Setback
Charleston starter Rafael Campos had a strong outing against the St. Paul Saints at Saints Ballpark. The left-hander was a big part of his team's 9-5 win. Campos, now 3-2, was the winner. In 7 innings, he gave up 7 hits, while striking out 5, walking 1, and allowing 2 earned runs. David Stafford, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 2nd save.

The Panthers beat the Saints with some clutch hitting. The single by Augusto Reyes in the top of the fifth is a good example. With two down, Reyes gave his team the lead, 3-2, when he came through with the big hit.

Reyes said afterward that "winning is what it's all about."

With the win, Charleston has a record of 23-29. St. Paul falls to 21-30.
