Nichols second baseman Jesus Villanueva picked up 3 ribbies while helping his team beat back the Eugene Emeralds, 7-6. Soo-yeon Suh earned the win to go to 2-5. He allowed 3 earned runs on 5 hits, with 1 walk and 5 strikeouts. Arturo Gallegos closed it out for his 2nd save.
