Tree City left-hander Jeff Spracklin was sensational in shutting out the Baltimore Blue Claws, 3-0. Baltimore's current losing streak has reached 4 games.
Mark Southland, who is tied for 10th in the AHL with a .414 on-base percentage, helped out the Tree City cause in the bottom of the fifth inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the catcher drew 2 walks in 4 trips to the plate.
