Blazers Take 10-2 Pounding
|
Maple starter Khurshid Durrani kept the Bloomington hitters in check, while his team cruised to a 10-2 win. The Blazers, now 26-28, have lost 4 straight.
Carlton Jackson took Yoshiaga Rin deep with two out in the top of the second. On a 0-2 fastball, Jackson drilled a 2-run home run to left. It was his 1st home run of the season and put Maple on top, 2-0.
"We took it on the chin today," said losing manager Javier Ramírez.
