The Barrow Frosties scored a 7-6 win versus the St. Petersburg Pelicans at Billy Mathews Field. Barrow second baseman Fred Nagy nabbed top player honors in the tight contest. Jorge García earned the save for Barrow, his 1st of the year. The first-place Frosties have a one-game lead in their division.

Pat Triska contributed a productive at-bat in the top of the seventh. With a runner on 3rd, he hit a run-scoring single. It was one at-bat that helped Barrow get the win.

"I like our moxie," said Frosties manager Corey Conway.
