Bel Air right-hander Luis García pitched his team to victory over the Eugene Emeralds at Prefontaine Park. The final score was 5-2. With the win over Eugene, the Princes improved to 12-23.
Miguel Hernández's at-bat in the top of the eighth was significant for the Princes. Coming to the plate with the bases loaded and Bel Air leading 3-2, the left fielder drew a walk, driving in 1 run.
