San Angelo right-hander Charlie Haydon helped his team edge Bel Air by the score of 3-2. Haydon kept the opposing lineup in check. San Angelo reliever Marcos Colón picked up the win, bumping his record to 2-1. Shayne Cluff was collared with the loss. With the win, San Angelo improves its record to 16-12.
Boyd Adler was the walk-off hero for San Angelo. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Mustangs first baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring double to send the teams home.
"This place went bonkers at the end," Adler said.
