St. Paul starter Seijii Matsumura kept the Winfield hitters in check, while his team cruised to a 10-0 win. In 7 innings, Matsumura surrendered 5 hits, while striking out 6 and walking 1. He allowed no runs. St. Paul, now 8-13, is off to a slow start.
