Pelicans Hang 5-4 Loss on Princes

Aaron Kelch had a good game, but he could not keep the Bel Air Princes from falling, 5-4, to the St. Petersburg Pelicans at Philip Banks Field. The Bel Air first baseman was 4 for 4 with 4 singles and a walk in the loss. Junichiro Kobayashi finished to wrap up his 2nd save. The Princes fall to 7-10 and continue to sputter in the early going.
St. Petersburg third baseman Orrin Martell contributed to the cause with a run-scoring single in the top of the fifth. For the game, Martell went 2-5 with 2 singles.
"I'll probably toss and turn tonight," Bel Air manager Chris Sexton said following the tough loss.
