Riding the 3-hit performance of the 20-year old third baseman Will Otis, the Victoria Vikings stopped the Coney Island Cyclones, 4-1. The winner was Kevin Murphy, who threw 88 pitches over 6.1 innings. The right-hander was charged with no runs on 1 hit. With the loss, Coney Island drops to 10-7.

Otis contributed a productive at-bat in the top of the sixth. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a 2-run home run. It was one of the critical at-bats that helped Victoria get the win.
