It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Earl George today. George went on a tear and cracked hit after hit off Boise pitchers. When the dust settled on the diamond at Grand Canyon Valley Park, he had a 5-for-5 line and a day he will long remember. And the Kingwood Knights had a 13-5 victory over the Bloodhounds.

"Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but it won't get me a hit tomorrow," he joked in the postgame interview.

Earl George hit a GRAND SLAM off Dean Archer in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th and singled in the 9th.

For the season George has produced 23 hits in 59 at-bats for a .390 average with 2 home runs and gotten on base at a .422 clip.
