The Princes grabbed a win, 3-1, at Philip Banks Field, overcoming a fine effort from St. Petersburg pitcher David Lidstone. Lidstone went 5 innings and allowed 2 earned runs. The winner was Tomohito Ihara in relief. His record improves to 3-1. David Lidstone took the loss. The Pelicans fall to 6-10 and continue their uneven start to the 2032 season.
Also making an impact was first baseman Aaron Kelch, who drilled a run-scoring double in the bottom of the third inning for the Princes. For the game, Kelch went 1-4 with a double.
"Being able to contribute to a win is always a great feeling," Kelch told the Bel Air Bulletin.
