The Bethesda Hornets and Houston Sting lit up the scoreboard at Hornets Field.

The Bethesda Hornets beat the Houston Sting, 11-8, at Hornets Field. The win was largely due to the efforts of designated hitter Francisco Molina, who captured player of the game honors. He was 2-4 with a home run and was hit by a pitch. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Reliever Félix López picked up the win. His record improves to 1-0. José Toro took the loss.

In the first inning, Molina had a 2-run home run for Bethesda. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the Hornets on top, 3-2.

"We all want to win," said Molina. "We all want to do our part."

The Sting fall to 4-5 and continue their uneasy start to the 2032 season.
