River Chiefs Lose Again, 6-2, to Blue Claws

The skies opened up and the rain fell at The Reservation.
Baltimore Blue Claws starter Alex Rivas pitched a strong game against the Chippewa River Chiefs at The Reservation, leading the Blue Claws to a 6-2 win. The loss drops Chippewa to 1-7.
In the top of the seventh inning, shortstop Armando Espinoza delivered a key hit for the Blue Claws. With Baltimore leading 3-0, he ripped a 3-run home run.
"We've hit a rough patch right now," said Chippewa skipper Bruce Leah.
