Riverside starter Hyun-tae Hwan kept the Jacksonville offense in check, while his team cruised to a 11-0 win. Riverside reliever Hyun-tae Hwan was credited with the win, to go to 4-1. Jon Givens took the loss for Jacksonville. At 90-68, the Red Bulls have a slim two-game lead in the Cory Lidle League Lou Piniella League.
Riverside third baseman Kenko Hori helped the Red Bulls to the win. In the bottom of the first inning, the 24-year old third baseman stroked a 3-run home run. For the game, Hori went 1-3 with a home run, a walk, and was hit by a pitch, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once.
"The division is still up for grabs, but I like our chances," Hwan told the Riverside Observer.
