Frisco played host to Carson City at the friendly confines of Outlander Park.

The Frisco Rams used an offensive barrage to beat the Carson City Mustang, 10-2, at Outlander Park. Pedro Mercado led the way, going 2-for-4 for Frisco. Frisco reliever Callum Butler picked up the win, upping his record to 5-2. Iemitsu Shiroi shouldered the loss.

Kunihiro Shibata was one of the major contributors to the win for Frisco. The light-hitting second baseman stroked a triple to left-center in the bottom of the third inning. For the day, he was 1-4 with a triple. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"The Rams definitely had our number," said Carson City manager Nobuharu Chikafuji.

With the victory, the Rams record now stands at 74-69.
