The Rock River Rats topped the Newark Jail Birds by the score of 6-4, with the biggest share of the credit going to designated hitter Elijah Brown. Brown went 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once for the Rats on the day. The save was credited to Kevin Crosby, his 29th.
