Beehive Take Nail-Biter Over Monarchs
The Madison Beehive wiggled past the Marysville Monarchs, 5-4, at The Hive. Madison left fielder Bartley Alroy earned player of the game honors. The Beehive improve their record to 48-93 with the win over Marysville.

Alfredo Correa dealt the Monarchs a crippling blow in the bottom of the tenth. With the game tied and the bases empty, he hit a walk-off solo home run. The longball gave Madison the lead, 5-4. Marysville pitcher Tony Nájera could only shake his head in disbelief.

"We need to get rid of the bad mojo," said Alroy. "Maybe this win will help."
