A nice crowd turned out to see the Pacifica Shamrocks and Rock River Rats clash at The Rat Hole.

The Pacifica Shamrocks stopped the Rock River Rats, 18-7, at The Rat Hole. The Shamrocks got a big game from Carlos Ramos, who went 3 for 5 with 2 home runs, a triple, and a walk, while scoring 4 runs and driving in 3. Owen Kay earned the win to go to 11-6. He allowed 4 earned runs on 5 hits, with 4 walks and 3 strikeouts.

Flexing his muscles for Pacifica was the aforementioned Ramos. The left fielder had a 2-run home run in the top of the first for the Shamrocks. It put his team ahead, 2-0, and sent them on to victory.

Ramos told a Pacifica Daily News reporter that he was "very satisfied" with the win.
