The Long Island Ducks topped the Madison Beehive, 7-5, with youngster Steve Nigro playing a key role. Nigro went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Ducks in the win. The losses continue to mount for Madison, which has now dropped 7 in a row.

The game came to a sudden end. In the bottom of the tenth, with two out, Nigro hit a walk-off 2-run home run. It gave Long Island the 7-5 walk-off win.

"There's nothing like the buzz of a walk-off win," Nigro said.
