The New York Ninjas defeated the San Antonio Storm Troopers, 6-5, in 12 innings. Jim Poole led the way, going 4-for-4 for New York. New York reliever Juan López was the winner. His record is now 4-5. En-guo Guan took the loss. At 65-70, the Ninjas are currently 4th in the Bob Moose League Bruce Bochy Division.

Dave Calderon was involved in some late-game drama. With two out in the bottom of the 12th, Calderon hit a run-scoring single. It helped New York snatch the win.

"We had a chance to win," said San Antonio manager Tex Strong, "but we didn't get it done."
