Enforcers Spoil Great Performance by Ryder
Long Island catcher Dave Ryder had a good game, even if his team did not. The Ducks dropped a 8-5 decision to Atlantic City at Parliament Field. Ryder belted 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. This loss makes it 8 in a row for Long Island.

Jesus Chavez was a key contributor to the win for the Enforcers. In the bottom of the third with no one out, the light-hitting center fielder stroked a triple to center. He was 1-3 with a triple and a walk.

"Everyone's kind of edgy right now," said losing manager Roger Fievet, "but nothing a couple of wins wouldn't cure."
