Snaps Win at Pacifica, 4-1

Jesús Díaz pitched well, but the Pacifica Shamrocks still lost the game, falling 4-1 to the Cincinnati Snaps at McCormick Field. Lenny Tremlett was the winning pitcher. Over 6 innings, he allowed 1 run on 7 hits, with 2 walks and 2 strikeouts. Scott Ray earned the save, his 3rd.
In the top of the fourth inning, designated hitter Joey Jameson had a key at-bat for the Snaps. With Cincinnati leading 2-1, he banged a solo home run.
In comments to the Cincinnati Chronicle, Jameson insisted that he's not as disinterested as it often appears. "Haters will hate," he added.
The Snaps raised their record to 61-69.
