Streaking Rats Win Another One
|
The Rock River Rats extended their winning streak at The Rat Hole.
Rock River beat Marysville on the strength of starter Adam Lewis's fine effort. The left-hander led his team to a 9-3 win. The Rats, at 84-42, have now won 6 straight.
Mario Torres did his part for the Rats, producing a double in the bottom of the fourth inning. For the game, the second baseman did the little things right to help the team.
"I got in a good groove," said Lewis. "I was getting some swings and misses."
