|
Marysville Monarchs starter Vincente Cerni was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Atlantic City Enforcers, 6-2. Cerni went 7 innings to notch the win. He scattered 3 hits, walked 2, and struck out 7. His record improves to 3-6. Joel Scoley was called on to finish, recording his 13th save.
Also having an impact was right fielder George Cromsie, who stroked a run-scoring double in the bottom of the fourth for Marysville. For the game, Cromsie was 1-3 with a double.
