Texans Pin 7-3 Loss on Sasquatch
|
Dallas starter Matt Quinlan had a strong outing against the Seattle Sasquatch at Sick's Stadium. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 7-3 win. Quinlan picked up the win for Dallas, going 8 innings. He gave up 3 runs on 8 hits. He now sports a record of 4-1. Dallas currently is in second place in the Roberto Clemente League Christian Latulippe Division at 25-19.
Doing his part for Dallas was right fielder Tsunayoshi Ito, who stroked a double in the top of the fifth. For the game, Ito was 2 for 4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 runs.
"Matt was Matt," said Texans manager Anastasio Ojeda. "We know what we'll get whenever he takes the mound."
