The Spokane Bulldogs got a good effort from starter António Días in defeating the San Antonio Storm Troopers at The Kennel. The final score was 7-2. Spokane is now 56-54.

Kendrick MacAulay had a big 2-run single for the Bulldogs in the bottom of the second inning. With Spokane trailing 1-0 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from Ernie Henderson and stroked the single to right-center. It was his 94th hit of the season, and more importantly, it put the Bulldogs ahead, 2-1.

In postgame comments, MacAulay told the Spokane Times: "Do people still doubt I give 100 percent?"
