González 'Lights Out' in Riverside Win
Riverside right-hander Héctor González was sensational in shutting out the Newark Jail Birds, 7-0. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for Riverside.

González, a native of Cumana, Venezuela, was dealing all game. He kept Newark hitters off-balance, while giving the Red Bulls 7 quality innings. González threw 95 pitches, allowing 2 hits and striking out 10.

"There were things that we could've improved upon," said Red Bulls manager Tim Duncan, "but all in all, I'm satisfied with our performance."
