Another day, another victory for the red-hot Carson City Mustang.

The Carson City Mustang beat the Atlantic City Enforcers, 10-6, at Parliament Field. The win was largely due to the efforts of right fielder Kichisaburo Tanaka, who captured player of the game honors. He hit 3 home runs. He drove in 6 runs and scored three times. Pablo Senica recorded the save for Carson City, his 2nd of the season.

Tanaka contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Carson City in the top of the fifth. With his team trailing 5-4, Tanaka took a fastball from Vincente Herrera and stroked the home run to right. His 26th home run of the season allowed the Mustang to leap in front, 7-5.

"This team is flying high right now," said Tanaka after the game.

Atlantic City, at 46-55, has lost 5 straight.
