Extra-Inning Walk-Off Win for Rats
Stanton Miller did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to keep the Frisco Rams from losing, 7-6, to the Rock River Rats at The Rat Hole. Miller was 2 for 5 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs. The Rats, at 65-33, have a comfortable 14½-game lead in their division.

The game was at a stalemate until second baseman Danny Martinez came to bat in the bottom of the 11th. Facing Frisco pitcher José Trevino, he hit a full count sinker for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Rock River on top, 7-6.

"To not win that game stings a little bit," said Frisco manager Rafael Castillo.
