Beavers Stumble, Lose to Rhinos
A nice crowd turned out to see the Rubber City Rhinos and Portland Beavers clash at Waterfront Park.

The Rubber City Rhinos and starting pitcher Sigfrid Arnim stifled the Portland offense en route to a comfortable 8-2 win at Waterfront Park. Rubber City is now 27-17, 2 games up in the Roberto Clemente League Christian Latulippe Division.

In the top of the fourth inning, center fielder Aidan Turgoose came through big-time for the Rhinos. With Rubber City leading 2-0, he belted a 3-run home run.

"Sigfrid is tough when he's hitting his spots," said Rubber City manager Larry Johnson.
