The Silicon Valley Hackers defeated the Sandy Springs Spartans, 9-5, at The Coliseum today. Leading the charge for Silicon Valley was center fielder Giichiro Dunn. He went 3 for 4 with 2 doubles and a walk. He scored 3 times. The Hackers now have a record of 39-58 with the win over Sandy Springs.

In the top of the third, Keith Hawley hit a run-scoring single for Silicon Valley. The 65th hit of the season for the Silicon Valley left fielder put the Hackers on top, 3-2.
