Late Rally Gets Win for Rams
Rock River got a terrific performance from pitcher Adam Lewis, but it wasn't enough to beat the Frisco Rams. Frisco won the The Rat Hole contest, 4-2. Lewis was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He threw 5 innings allowing 2 runs. The third-place Rams have won 6 consecutive games.

Both teams had trouble scoring runs. So, Pablo Moreno's at-bat in the top of the eighth was crucial. With no one out, the Frisco center fielder hit a run-scoring triple, to give his team a 3-2 lead.

"If you pitch well, you give yourself some opportunities," said Frisco manager Rafael Castillo.
