In a close game at The Studio, the Cincinnati Snaps edged the San Antonio Storm Troopers, 5-4. Cincinnati catcher Bill Kremer earned the nod as player of the game. He was 2 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Cincinnati reliever Naganori Sakaguchi picked up the win, bumping his record to 4-3. Dave Munier was collared with the loss. Sergio Rodríguez recorded the save for Cincinnati, his 4th of the season.

Cincinnati took the lead in the bottom of the seventh. With one out and the bases loaded, Mario Pérez stroked a 2-run single to make it 5-3, Snaps.

"You get some opportunities, you better take advantage of them," said San Antonio manager Tex Strong.
