Steve Yarrigle made an impact in the 7-3 Frisco win over Youngstown. Yarrigle was 2-4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Frisco reliever Everton Mailes got the win, raising his record to 1-0. Dalijit Tagore was tagged with the loss. With the win, Frisco goes to 46-45, while the Tune-Ups fall to 48-41.

The Tune-Ups had been locked in a 3-3 tie with the Rams going into the top of the sixth inning. That changed quickly when the 24-year old center fielder Will Kreamer came to the plate. Kreamer hit a 3-run home run on a 0-1 fastball from Youngstown hurler Dalijit Tagore. It was Kreamer's 4th home run of the year.

Yarrigle called the win the result of "everyone being in sync."
