Boise had no answer for Frisco Rams hurler Mark Edwards, who overwhelmed Hawks hitters as the Rams coasted to a 6-1 victory. José Trevino finished to wrap up his 3rd save. The 'W' lifts Frisco's record to 43-41.

Steve Yarrigle contributed a productive at-bat in the top of the sixth. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he drew a walk. It was one at-bat that helped Frisco get the win.

"Whenever we hold the other team to one run," said Rams manager Rafael Castillo, "I like our chances."
