Snaps Knock Off Beetlecats at The Studio
It was a fun time at The Studio, where the Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats and Cincinnati Snaps tangled.

The Snaps grabbed a win, 4-2, at The Studio, overcoming a fine effort from Buzzard's Bay pitcher Harrison Keightley. Keightley went 5.1 innings and allowed no earned runs. The winner was Naganori Sakaguchi in relief. His record improves to 3-2. Justin Taylor took the loss. Hideyoshi Kawamura closed the game out for Cincinnati, earning his 6th save.

In the bottom of the 7th, designated hitter Santiago Sierra gave Cincinnati the lead when he hit a bases-clearing double. The Snaps had been trailing 2-1, but the two-out double off Buzzard's Bay pitcher Justin Taylor changed that -- and Cincinnati went on to win.

"We did enough to win," said Sierra.

The Snaps go to 38-42, putting them 4th in the Bob Moose League Jim Leyland Division.
