Onishi Lifts Beetlecats to 11-10 Win
In a high-scoring game between Buzzard's Bay and Marysville, catcher Fomio Onishi was a difference-maker. The 22-year-old earned player of the game honors in the 11-10 Buzzard's Bay win. He went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4. Buzzard's Bay reliever Vincent Bethea picked up the win, upping his record to 6-1. Joel Scoley absorbed the loss. Earning his 14th save of the year was Mike Salter.
