The Spokane Bulldogs downed the Sandy Springs Spartans, 6-3, at The Kennel. Orlando Méndez led the way, going 2-for-3 for Spokane. Sandy Springs has now lost 4 straight.
Kendrick MacAulay was a prime contributor to the Spokane win. He went 1-4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs. In the bottom of the fifth with one out, the former first round draft pick hit a 2-run double. It made the score 4-3, in favor of the Bulldogs.
