The Cincinnati Snaps got a magnificent performance from pitcher Ukessun Ilaes, who muffled the Carson City offense en route to a tight 3-0 Snaps win at Cowboys Stadium. The Snaps saw their record improve to 24-29.
Greg Bova helped his team jump on top from the get-go. His first time up in the top of the first, he cranked a run-scoring triple to give Cincinnati a 1-0 lead.
"I just trusted my stuff," said Ilaes.
